Announcing a very special show THIS Thursday:

Miracle Mule at the Presidio Yacht Club
Thursday May 19, 20011, 7:00pm

Miracle Mule is galloping back for a return engagement at the Presidio Yacht Club, under the shadow of the Golden Gate Bridge in beautiful Sausalito California, bringing their special blend of Americana, Zydeco, Country and Blues music. This all ages show is FREE, as in NO COVER CHARGE. Come, bring the whole family and enjoy an evening of music, dancing, sightseeing and fun!

If you haven't been to the Presidio Yacht Club in Sausalito, you absolutely must come down to see what all the fuss is about. Just listen to what Marin Magazine says about it: "One of Marin's best kept secret views of the Golden Gate Bridge." Proprietor Maria will be cooking up a delicious home-made dinner with all the fixins for just $8 per plate, and for those of you who enjoy a cocktail now and again, the drinks are always cold and inexpensive. Dinner starts at 5, music starts at 7.

Need more reasons to come down this Thursday?

  • Marinwood's very own Brian Dettor will be singing She Caught The KT, Left Me The Mule To Ride.
  • Miracle Mule will attempt to turn "Satisfaction" by the Rolling Stones into a Western Swing song.
  • Where else can you hear Miracle Mule's wickedly funny original song "I Think This Milk Has Turned"?

This will be your last chance to catch Miracle Mule during the month of May, so don't miss it!

Miracle Mule got a little love from the IJ yesterday announcing our next show at the Presidio Yacht Club. (Thank you Maria for giving them our photo!) Come on out and see us:

April 21, 7 - 10pm
Presidio Yacht Club
Travis Marina

This is a free a all ages show, so if you can't find a sitter, bring the family. If you haven't been to the Presidio Yacht Club yet, you should definitely make the trip. It is a hidden gem in Sausalito right on the water with an amazing view of the Golden Gate Bridge. As always Maria will be cooking up a delicious home-made meal and serving it up for just $7 a plate. Food starts af 5. Music starts at 7. And as per usual Maria will be serving up a special drink called the Miracle Mule for those of you who are brave enough to try it.

Hey everybody! What are you doing for St. Patrick's Day? Miracle Mule is celebrating the holiday at Presidio Yacht Club with a special performance and lots of fun planned. Here is just some of what we have in store for you:

  • No Cover Charge. Come on it!
  • Maria is cooking up an Irish Stew, and for just $8 you can have some.
  • There will be a special drink on the menu: The Irish Mule. Order it up if you dare!
  • Clyde and Duncan have promised an Irish Tune or two (but just one or two!)
  • Miracle Mule starts playing at 7 and we'll be bringing in some new tunes which we are very excited about.

Miracle Mule was honored/thrilled/excited to be asked to play at Don Perata's election night party in Oakland on November 2nd at Z Cafe. In case you don't know, Don is the California Senate Pro-Tem (not that I know what that is), and has been running for Mayor of Oakland. Good news: It appears that Don Perata is going to be Mayor Perata soon. Apparently Oakland has some sort of odd ranked voting system which takes a while to tally, so the official word isn't out yet, however "Mayor" Perata is well ahead in the initial results and it looks promising.

  • This one is easy. They are awesome. You won’t be disappointed. We had a power outage in the middle of our event, they switched over to acoustic instruments and still “rocked the house”.

We got nothing but positive feedback from everyone, and we hope Miracle Mule will be back for next year's festival. There were plenty of folks who came to the Cajun Festival specifically for the music, and we didn't hear a single negative. Jean Y.
