Miracle Mule is an Americana supergroup located right here in the North Bay, with serious local powerhouse talent. Members have played or toured with several national headliners, including John Hiatt, Hank Ballard & the Midnighters and more.
The fiery live performances of Miracle Mule have been known to cause fits of dancing and spontaneous bursts of uncontrolled merriment. Lead vocals in the band are handled by three talented veteran performers, Geoff Mack, Sandy Geller and Dick Bay, with heavy emphasis on harmonies and fun vocal interplay.
Miracle Mule was formed in 2009, has a large and established following and regularly plays large events, festivals and club engagements, including The Napa Earth Day Festival, Isleton Cajun Festival and Novato festival of Art, Wine & Music, among others.
Miracle Mule songs are a mix of old and new, known and unknown, originals and covers. All songs have that special and unique Swampy Tonk sound -- there really is nothing else like it. The Miracle Mule sound includes a rock-solid honky tonk rhythm section paired with a heavy dose of New Orleans seasoning, including accordion, rub board and pedal steel guitar.
Miracle Mule’s first CD, Nice Ass, was released in 2012.
Miracle Mule's second CD, Swampy Tonkin’ is currently at the printer and will be released July 24, 2015.
